Two weeks ago I was invited to the attend the annual 2023 Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network conference on "Training the Workforce of the Future". The event was organized by the Exchange Programs - U.S. Department of State through the US Consulate in Islamabad, Pakistan. Like me, many Alumni of The Fulbright Program and US Exchanges attended the 2 day conference on the use of Generative AI, Cyber security and technology on how work will be done in 2024 and beyond, around the world.

Thank you all for your support for my digital art submitted to the Digital Rights Foundation for their Generative AI awareness competition. I did not win the prize but was given a consolation prize for my submission due to the conversation the work generated. That was my intention and I succeeded.

His artwork is titled “Sword of Damocles” and it is a commentary on the paradoxical essence of AI and technology – serving as both a beacon of empowerment and an instrument of exploitation amidst the shadowy realms of gender-based violence.
