Our Grade 1 learners explored how our choices shape our everyday lives and why it is important to think about the reasons and consequences of our decisions.

At the grocery store, they put their learning into practice by choosing healthy snacks independently.

A fun, hands-on experience in thinking, choosing and taking responsibility!

✨ International Literacy Day 2026 ✨

To celebrate International Literacy Day, observed every year on 8th September, our wonderful Grade 1A learners presented a delightful little skit highlighting the joy and importance of reading and learning through books. 🌟

Through their creative performance, our young readers reminded us that every book opens a door to a new world✨

Because sometimes, all it takes is the right book to make a child fall in love with reading.

🐾 *PET DAY*| Learning Through Experience 🐾

Inspired by our *RWI readers, Tab the Cat and Barker*, our children enjoyed a special Pet Day at school.

While learning about different pets, they explored:

❤️ How pets make us feel
🥣 What different pets eat
🏡 How we care for them
🤍 The responsibility of looking after another living being

Through this hands-on experience, children developed empathy, compassion and responsibility while making meaningful connections between their reading and the world around them.
