Because of this dilemma women feel guilty when they work; Guilty of not spending time with their kids, guilty of not listening their stories, guilty of missing them growing up.
The question is how to balance this work-home life!

1. 𝑲𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇
Whenever you feel guilty of leaving your child behind in pursuance of your career, remind yourself why did you decide this at first.
Tell yourself “I made this decision because ___” and then take deep breaths and move on.

2. 𝑺𝒂𝒚 𝑵𝒐 𝒕𝒐 𝒖𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔

Say No to unnecessary commitments from your schedule. For instance; learn to say No politely to meet ups with friends or family at least on weekends. Try to give all your time to your kid on weekends. This will not only make you feel better but also condition your kid to give you space on weekdays.

3. 𝑼𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘

Watching other moms playing with kids, spending time and sharing Pictures on social Media may disturb you further. Simply press the unfollow button for your own peace of mind.

In order to compensate, working Moms usually want to do everything on their own and Never ask help from others.
Remember, a kid can have good time with other kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles or neighbors.

Motherhood is all about sacrifices. Whether you're working or staying with them, keep reminding yourself, you're doing great and giving your best.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗧𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝟭 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆

Toilet Training is one of the big challenges for moms.
After training my 1 year old in just 3-4 days, I'm pretty much confident to give you few tips on how you can train your little one.
1. Get a comfortable Potty Seat for the baby. My girl refused to sit on conventional baby Potty seat as it wasn't comfortable for her.
2. Always track the time and physical condition of the baby when he/she poops.
3. Take the baby to washroom at that time or you feel he/she is pooping.
4. Associate any simple/easy word with it which you think baby can easily pronounce. For example you can say poo or whatever word you think he/she would try to say.
5. Initially, babies do not want to sit in the toilet. For that, try to engage baby with his/her favorite toy, story OR you can try my technique i.e I make bubbles with my hand by using soap that keeps her engaged.
(**Do that thing of his/her interest only in the toilet so that baby knows this is where they will get it only)
6. Be very consistent to take her to the toilet on his/her time and don't forget to repeat the word you have associated
6. In few days your baby will communicate to you by either saying that word or showing any visible sign.

My baby keeps repeating the word or points finger towards the door of my toilet till I take her inside.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿:
A. If people can train animals, these little human-beings are way too smarter than we think.

B. My baby took few days, your lo may take time but don't Give-up.

C. Never be harsh with babies while this whole process. It will never work as they will take it something unpleasant.

D. I deliberately delayed the training of my baby till one year so that I can communicate with her.
