1. Priority assessment: Apical pulse 1 full min + K+ level
2. Dangerous sign: Pulse 2 = Toxic. Antidote = Digibind
4. Risk factor: Low K+ increases toxicity. Check K+ before giving
5. Patient teaching: Check pulse daily before taking. Donβt skip/double dose

1. Priority assessment: BP + Protein in urine + Reflexes + Fetal HR
2. Dangerous sign: BP 160/110 + headache + blurred vision = Severe

4. Position: Left lateral for better placental perfusion
5. Seizure precaution: Pad bed + suction + O2 ready. Donβt restrain
