On today's episode of "I bet I can do it" - Re**al foreign body needing surgical intervention! Try and explain this CT image!
Comment the most common excuses on a scenario like this. The majority of cases of re**al foreign bodies are the result of insertion during erotic activity. Typically found objects are vi*****rs, di**os, light bulbs, candles, shot glasses, and bottles. Some re**al foreign bodies may have been initially swallowed but later present with complications in the re**um. Patients may be very embarrassed to disclose the circumstances regarding the foreign body insertion, and there may have been multiple attempts at self-removal. Typical clinical findings of a re**al foreign body are pain with defecation, abdominal pain, re**al bleeding, pruritus, and constipation. Delays in seeking medical attention and multiple attempts at self-removal can lead to mucosal edema and muscular spasms, making removal of the object more difficult.
The removal of some objects are challenging depending on the shape, material and orientation within the re**um.

⚠️ The Woman Who Survived the Unthinkable — The Chimpanzee Attack That Shocked the World 💔🐒
February 16, 2009 — Stamford, Connecticut.
A 911 dispatcher picked up a call that began with screams — not words.
On the other end was Sandra Herold, begging for help as her pet chimpanzee, Travis, viciously attacked her friend, Charla Nash.
“Send the police! Bring guns!” she cried.
In the background, Travis’s enraged howls echoed through the phone — the sound of chaos no one could forget.
When officers arrived, they found a nightmare made real.
Charla lay on the ground, drenched in blood — her hands torn apart, her face unrecognizable.
It took hours of emergency surgery just to keep her alive.
Later, she underwent one of the most complex face transplant operations ever attempted, a medical miracle born from unimaginable horror.
Charla Nash survived — but her life was forever changed.
She lost her sight, her independence, and the person she once was.
Yet she refused to let tragedy define her. Through pain and perseverance, she became a symbol of resilience, medical courage, and human endurance.
Her story is one of the darkest in modern history —
but also one of the brightest examples of how far compassion and science can go to rebuild what violence destroys. 🕊️
