𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

This is the first time in my teaching journey that a student gave me a small gift and a beautiful appreciation letter. I was really happy and honestly a little emotional too.

For me, the biggest gift was not the flowers or the snacks, but the words written by my student.

It made me feel that maybe the knowledge and experience I am sharing is helping someone in a good way.

This moment gave me even more motivation to teach, learn, and share whatever I know with others.

Thank you, Muhammad Sultan Ashraf, for this kind gesture. I will always remember it.
Feeling blessed and thankful today.

Recently, I visited Celerity Logistics warehouse with PIFFA students.

This place is special for me because I started my logistics journey here back in 2010 under Mr. Naeem Malik and Muhammad Usman Khan.

Coming back felt like coming home.

Mr. Sibtey Abbas and the Celerity team warmly welcomed us and gave students a practical understanding of warehouse operations. We also visited their new cold chain facility, which clearly shows how modern logistics is growing in Pakistan.

One moment really stayed with me when some employees said:

“Mehdi Bhai, you are one of the few people highlighting our logistics industry, and we are proud of it.”

That made my day.

For years, I have tried to show that logistics is not just trucks and containers. It is people, systems, technology, warehouses, and opportunities.

Special thanks to Dr. Quratulain Aman, Fawad Zeb Khan, Fahad Akhtar, Monica Isaac, and the entire Celerity team for making this visit meaningful for the students.

Seeing is believing.

Logistics looks very different when you step out of the office and see it happening in real life.

Today, onboard with a Chinese Master, I got another chance to experience the world behind shipping operations, navigation, coordination and decision making.

For me, logistics is not only about cargo, documents, ports, or vessels.

It is also about the people behind every movement, the decisions they make and the experience they bring.

Through my content, I want to bring the real logistics world closer to you.

The PIFFA Multimodal Logistics Workshop was very well designed and highly relevant to the industry. It effectively introduced automation tools and highlighted how technology can improve efficiency across logistics and supply chain operations.

I also loved seeing the respect students have for you. This is exactly why we teach logistics: to prepare glocal supply chain leaders who are ready for the future.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟓𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐞𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟑,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭.

Two completely different worlds. One lesson.

Whether diving into the deep sea of Gadani, Balochistan, or jumping into the open sky over Dubai, every experience reminds me that growth rarely happens inside our comfort zone.

Sometimes we need to go deeper.
Sometimes we need to aim higher.
And sometimes we simply need the courage to take the first step.

These adventures are more than memories for me. They are reminders to stay curious, challenge limits, face fear, and keep discovering the other side of ourselves.

Growth begins where comfort ends.

I learned how to smile, even during stress, anxiety, and sadness. Sometimes, smiling does not mean everything is fine. It means choosing courage and giving yourself a moment to breathe.

Every successful operation is backed by teamwork, strong communication, quick decision-making, and commitment.
