Today, I had the incredible opportunity to showcase my hand-painted wooden story spoons, peg dolls, and pebbles at the ECD NBRC F4HE RESEARCH ADVOCACY CONFERENCE at AKUH. Theme of the conference was Responsive Caregiving.

Through storytelling and play, these resources help foster stronger connections between caregivers and children by

✔️ Helping children express emotions, making caregiving more attuned and responsive
✔️ Engaging little learners through sensory-rich storytelling
✔️ Promoting child-led learning, allowing caregivers to follow the child's interests

It was heartwarming to see educators and caregivers appreciate the role of storytelling in nurturing secure, responsive relationships with children. Grateful for all the love and encouragement
