Causes: Often related to stress, muscle tension, or poor posture.
Treatment: Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen, relaxation techniques, stress management, and improving posture can help alleviate tension headaches. Lifestyle changes to reduce stress can also be beneficial.

Migraines:
Causes: Migraines are believed to be related to changes in blood flow and brain chemistry. Triggers can include certain foods, hormonal changes, stress, and sensory stimuli.
Treatment: Migraine-specific medications, prescribed by a healthcare provider, can help manage migraines. Avoiding triggers, getting enough sleep, and practicing relaxation techniques may also help prevent or reduce the frequency and severity of migraines.

Cluster Headaches:
Causes: The exact cause is not known, but they often occur in clusters over a specific period, with severe, recurring pain.
Treatment: Oxygen therapy and certain medications prescribed by a healthcare provider can help manage cluster headaches. Some preventive medications may also be recommended.

Sinus Headaches:
Causes: Often associated with sinusitis, which is inflammation or infection of the sinuses.
