In collaboration with all grades, we invited students to pause and reflect on their meaningful “good times”—moments that brought them joy, connection, and a sense of ease. Alongside this, we also explored what helps create such moments and what they might need in their lives to experience more of these good times in the future.
Through a brief reflective activity, students expressed their thoughts, memories, and insights in creative and personal ways, reminding us that mental well-being is often deeply connected to the simple, meaningful moments we experience and cultivate in everyday life.
“Good times are not just memories we carry, but moments we learn to create again and again through presence, connection, and care.”
We hope this reflection encourages continued awareness, conversation, and intentionality around mental well-being within our school community.
