Educational Visit to Bhambore
An enriching academic visit by MS Environmental Science students with the faculty of Bahria University Karachi Campus, Department of Earth & Environmental Science to the historic coastal site of Bhambore. The visit offered valuable insights into ancient human–environment interactions, coastal dynamics, water management practices, and sustainable resource utilization, effectively linking theoretical knowledge with practical observations of environmental conservation and heritage management.

Bahria University Karachi Campus successfully organized an Awareness Session on 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, led by the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐂𝐒𝐏) in collaboration with the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 & 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐄&𝐄𝐒), held on 5th December 2025.
The session empowered our students, faculty, and staff with essential knowledge on traffic rules, disciplined driving, and Pakistan’s evolving E-Challan mechanism — helping reduce accidents, avoid penalties, and cultivate responsible road behavior for a safer society. 🚘✔️

Exploring Khewra Salt Mine 2nd largest reserves – A Journey Beneath the Surface!

Students from BS Environmental Sciences and BS Remote Sensing & GIS embarked on an insightful field visit to the Khewra Salt Mine, the second-largest salt mine in the world!

Guided by faculty members Dr. Muhammad Irfan and Dr. Salma Hamza, the visit provided hands-on exposure to salt mining processes, and environmental management practices.

This immersive learning experience enriched students' understanding of natural resources, geospatial analysis, and the importance of sustainable exploration.
