I strongly denounce the unjust treatment being faced by the students of S.M. Law College. It is deeply concerning that an exceptionally high number of students are being declared unsuccessful in examinations conducted by Karachi University year after year. This recurring pattern has created serious doubts regarding the transparency, impartiality, and fairness of the evaluation process.
Students should be assessed solely on the basis of their academic performance, not become victims of alleged institutional bias, personal grudges, or administrative disputes. If there is any prejudice against S.M. Law College, it is unacceptable that students' futures and careers are being jeopardized because of it.
The extraordinarily high failure rate demands an immediate and independent review of the examination and marking process. Karachi University must ensure that justice is done, maintain the integrity of the examination system, and address the concerns of students who feel they are being unfairly targeted. The academic future of hundreds of students cannot be compromised due to discrimination, bias, or lack of accountability.
We demand transparency, fairness, and a thorough investigation into this matter so that deserving students receive the results they have rightfully earned.
