The Asia Foundation discusses in the attached video how Alternative Dispute Resolution helps the marginalised communities as well as the rest of the population.

They gave an example of Fida Hussain, a laborer from a small district in Punjab, was involved in a family dispute that had been pending trial for years. The daily wage earner struggled to cope with the pressure of managing his work in the face of endless court hearings. Being referred to an ADR center was a boon for him as his longstanding dispute was resolved through mediation within a short span of time.

So approach IBA DRF and get your disputes and conflicts resolved quicker and more efficiently. Please feel free to contact us at +92-21-31804700 (Ext 1801; 1811; 1813, & 1541) or [email protected] with any queries about our platform.
