On 6th October 2024, GSWO Karachi, in collaboration with Aga Khan Health Board (AKHB), successfully conducted an impactful session on mental health. The session emphasized the importance of self-care, recognizing early warning signs of mental health struggles, and how mental well-being impacts our lives. It served as a refreshing reminder to prioritize mental health just as much as physical health. A heartfelt thank you to our esteemed speakers, Zara Nizar and Dr. Muzzafar Ali, who took time out of their busy schedules to engage with the youth, sharing personal anecdotes and leading interactive exercises that made the content relatable and practical. We also extend our gratitude to all participants for their engagement. Together, we can make a difference
