السلام علیکم ساتھیو،
کراچی میں گزرے پچھلے چند ماہ میں میں کچھ ایسے طلباء سے ملا جو اپنی ملازمت کے ساتھ ساتھ مقابلے کے امتحان کی تیاری بھی کر رہے ہیں، یقیناً یہ ان کے لیے بڑا چیلنج ہے کیونکہ کسی اکیڈمی کو جوائن کرنا اور اپنی تنخواہ کا بڑا حصہ فیس کی ادائیگی کے لیے دینا ان کے لیے مشکل رہتا ہے، لہذا میں ایسے طلباء کی مدد کے لیے اس سال کا دوسرا سیشن شروع کر رہا ہوں، طالبعلم کو صرف اپنی محنت کا ثبوت دینا ہو گا، باقی سب ان شاء اللہ اسے مل جاۓ گا جو بھی تیاری کے لیے درکار مواد ہو گا۔ یاد رہے یہ سیشن صرف ان طلباء کے لیے ہے جو جاب کر رہے ہوں، اگر اپ بھی کسی ایسے طالب علم کو جانتے ہیں تو اسے اس پوسٹ پر مینشن کیجیے۔ سیشن جوائن کرنے کے لیے انباک کیجیے، آخری تاریخ 15 اکتوبر 2025۔

Assalam o alaikum,
in the last few months, I have met some students who are preparing for competitive exams along with their jobs. Of course it is a big challenge for them because joining an academy and paying a large part of their salary to pay fees remains difficult for them, so I am starting second session of this year to help such students, all they will need is proof of their hard work, redt will be provided in sha Allah for his/ her help.
Please remember that this session is only for those students who are doing job, i request you to share this post with aspirants in karachi, maybe another future officer waiting for it.

Being a teacher is not just a profession for me, believe it or not... it is my passion (though i know that there are still around 15 unread chats on this page, i would reply to those soon IA) ...
Here i am sharing a few pictures from TMA library Chitral town where i conducted another session on "Essay writing" which was totally Free for all aspirants.
Students who attended this session were from the University of Chitral, Govt Degree Science College and Govt Degree College of Management Sciences...
Increasing number of aspirants is the best possible reward for me.
Note: No compromise on official tasks, so it was arranged accordingly 😊

My memories of CSS...

How to write precis?
Imagine a boy who has never been interested in studying English and then, one day he decides to appear in CSS (or you may take your own example 😂).
In Coaching A, he finds a highly qualified teacher whose vocabulary makes him feel that CSS is not his cup of tea (this is one of a few idioms I do remember 😊). Then in B academy, he finds a teacher who is in an aspiring service but she is unable to tell the students how to attempt the questions.
The boy, then finds some contents on the internet about the ideas of attempting a precis but he was unable to understand a simple yet broadly applicable idea. Finally, One day another student asked him " aap kese precis prepare krte hain?" And then he discovered that he can get a better understanding of ideas if he teaches someone else about it.
So here is what he told the other student about his idea of attempting a precis.

* Start reading the given paragraph and understand it in your mother tongue (the language which u speak in your dreams too 😉)
* This reading should be in sentences (مطلب ہر جملہ مکمل کرو اور خود کو سمجھاؤ اپنی زبان میں کہ اسکا کیا مطلب ہے)
* Then read the paragraph a second time and this time do not read it in english, but read it in your own language as it is a paragraph in urdu, sindhi, punjabi, pashto or balochi language (whichever is your mother tongue)
* Now make the first draft in bullets / points.
(اصل پیراگراف کو مت دیکھو اور صرف اپنی یاد داشت کے ساتھ لکھو کہ پیراگراف میں کون کون سی باتیں بتائی گئی ہیں)
* Now read the paragraph once more to check if u have missed any important point, if u find any, note it down as another bullet in the first draft.

* Now check the points and number them in a proper manner (کہ کون سا پوائنٹ پہلے آنا چاہیے اور کون سا اس کے بعد، اس طرح آخر تک سارے پوائنٹس کو ترتیب دے دیں
*Now as per assigned numbers, write these points in the form of your second draft.
* Now in this second draft, you have to do four tasks.
1. Grammar correction
2. Punctuation
3. Remove the examples or undesired info. Or its replacement with more appropriate term.
4. Replacement of words taken from original paragraph.
* Then last thing which u have to do in this second draft is to suggest a title.

*Make the heading final precis...
Write title (کیونکہ کسی بھی سبق کا نام ہمیشہ اوپر ہی لکھا ہوتا ہے، نیز کسی بھی سبق کا صرف ایک ہی نام ہوتا پے لہٰذا ایک سے زیادہ عنوانات ہر گز نہ دیں)
Now the amended version of your second draft is your final precis, بس اچھی سی رائٹنگ میں لکھ لیں اسے۔۔۔

اور یار پلیز، لفظ گننے مت بیٹھ جائیں، بس اگر اپ نے اس کی اچھی پریکٹس کر لی تو خود بخود آپ کی جامع اور مختصر سی precis تیار ہے۔۔۔

For those aspirants who often ask "Should i resign from my job for preparation of CSS/ PMS?

*Only for aspirants*

Recalling my journey of CSS preparation, i remember my scores in English Essay.
2017 (33 marks, failed)
2018 (40 marks, passed)
2019 (61marks, passed) Alhamdulillah

The difference in scores was due to my understanding of questions being asked.

Today, I was also surprised to see the topic "Boys will be boys" in the Essay 2023 paper.
But, then I checked all the topics and found the same pattern which always helps me to understand what to write in the essay.
In my opinion, this year all the topics are somehow based on those statements which prevail in society, challenge the existing pattern yet people are not comfortable in accepting these. If you sensitize them that their opinion is going to be evaluated, many of them would change their statement.
So, yes you can make memes, you can criticize the topics, but ultimately it starts making sense that all the topics have a similar concept in their roots.
And please, remember that there is no criteria that what FPSC can ask and what it cannot.

I want to share with you all, while preparing for my psychological test for CE-2018, everyday officers came to the academy and we were given topics like
سرمایہ دارانہ نظام ہی مسائل کی وجہ ہے،
آج کا انسان مشینوں کا محتاج ہے،
عالمی طاقتیں ہی ترقی پذیر ممالک کی دوست ہیں وغیرہ ۔۔۔
and we (qualifiers) used to express their thoughts on a defined pattern (mostly in the words of famous writers who had written books on the topics) and then one day, an officer came and gave us the topic of debate عشق رسوا کر دیتا ہے and that day, i came to know what actually people have in their minds.
So, just be original in your thoughts and only in this way, you would be able to deliver your best.

And remember that the best version of yours is not already available in any book of famous CSS officers or any available essay on the internet.
