For Computer Science undergraduates who struggle to find a job or excel in the software industry, Takmeel is a finishing school that provides the relevant soft skills (for example, client dealing) and hard skills (for example, version control and optimization) that are necessary to bridge the gap between academia and Pakistan’s software industry.

Unlike other educational institutions, our curriculum will be designed in collaboration with the software houses in Pakistan and will be taught by professionals from the industry. Other than teaching skills through hands-on, experiential learning, we will also be working as official recruiter for the industry, hence providing the best talents to the industry while helping our students secure a good job.

Mr Furqan Karim Kidwai is a Data Scientist by profession, He is the Co-founder & COO at YPay – a fintech startup from the nest i/o Batch X (currently being incubated at NIC in their 5th cohort), and also serves as an Analyst & Consultant at Deloitte. He has also pursued Data Science intensive studies at Stanford University and continues to explore patterns in global financial data as his passion. He started pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Habib University in 2016 and he'll be graduating in July 2020.
