NEWS just spread from Pindi cricket stadium, that black_caps abandoned the tour due to security reasons. Let it be remined that Newzealand has come to pakistan for three ODIs and five T20Is but they are leaving without playing a single match.
Newzealand did not just cancel the series but they ruined the hard work of Pakistan Cricket Board (P.C.B) and Pakistani nation. Which they had been trying to creat a peacefull image for pakistan.
Newzealand came to pakistan after 18 years and this was the reward for P.C.B and for those who were included to proof pakistan a safe country. Which already is proven. But once again cricket of pakistan has been let down.
As , srilanka, bangladesh westindies and south africa toured pakistan safely and encouraged P.C.B. with these teams and world_eleven, many international crickter toured pakistani. In pakistan Super league( P.S.L) even newzealandi crickters appeared in.

This bilateral series between Pak and newzealand from 17 sept to 3 october could have brought revolution for the betterment of pakistani cricket. Just before the series a Newzealandi agent came pakistan to examine the security systems. After spending few days and researching the Newzealndi agent declared pakistan a safe country to tour. Then what caused Newzealand to cancel the series at the eleventh hour.
I request icc to investigate and clearify the reality behind this cancellation of the seires as Newzealand stepped down one sidely. It's unbearable and none can let pakistani cricket down. Pakistan is a safe country for all kind of sports.

"Interest is our analogical attraction for something".

For being expert in any field,one must be interested in it. I might be sounding like a fool but perhaps this is something, your attitude is considering it "sounds like a fool". Insteed of hard working or being talented one must be interested for doing something.
supplementary , i want to add a life story of JEFF KELLER.
Jeff keller the Author of the book (ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING. In his book, he tells a story about his switching career from an attorney to motivational speaker and writtor .
In 1980, he graduated from law school and decided to live rest of his life as an attorney. It took his great efforts, hard work and couple of sleepless nights to pass the bar examination.he was admitted to practice law in NEW_YORK. He married with his dream girl. Everything was going well. He was having a succesfull career but he was not happy at all. after practicing law for the few years, he got bored of practcing law.
Constant delays, postponements and lenthy court procedures,(which are normal manners for lawyers),were making him frustrated and irritated.even he was dreaded going work. then later on, he some how managed to switche to motivational speaker and writtor from an attorney by changing his attitude.
The story , tells us about someone's switching careers by changing thier attitude but what was the force which compelled him to not dwell as an attorney? and switched his career even having succesfull career as an attorney. Can you guys guess why did this happened with JEFF KELLER? You are right! If your answer is "perhaps he wasn't intersted in".
You'll fine many Jeff keller arround you, who switched thier successful careers or quite in the middle.if you find one, ask him\her. why did he\she switche his career? ...............continue

Some people complete thier education at the age of 22. But they can not get commendable jobes till 5 years.

Some of them become CEO of any industry at the age of 25 and we come to know that they have died at the age of 50.

Whereas some become CEO at the age of 50 and live till 90 years.

Some are unmarried yet, despite having handsome business and some jobless people have married and are happier then businessmen.

Obama retired at the age of 55 wherease Trump started his career at the age of 70.

Some legends smile even getting fail in exams and some cry on not getting all marks even with lake of 1 mark.

Some body got allot by doing nothing and some rub the stripes for the whole life.

In this world, everyone is working as thier own time zones.apparently we feel that some people have achieved more then us and perhaps we feel that some are far behind us yet but according to thier times everyone is fine with thier positions. Be in your own time zones, don't grudge with them.

Do you know , who are you? If your answer is yes then congrates this post is never prefered to you and if you want to know the purpose behind this question then let's find out together.
In dailylife if someone asks you, who are you? Then indeed you will tell him first your name then father's name and your cast.
This is your identity.
Have you ever thought anything you know about yourself is not actually real about you. Because today, if whatever your name is wasn't your volition to be, if today whatever your cast is that wasn't your wish to be,and if today whatever your religion is you did not select this religion by yourself.
If we go in reality you did not get your identity by yourself. You got all these things from your parents and environment. Whereas you don't own any identity and you are living a life by the identity which has been given to you by others.
Namely, you, are not yourself. You are what others told you and admonished you.
Who are you in reality even you don't know the answer.
This led to a philosophical approach.

A few days ago, I was sitting and having a conversation with my neighbour. During the conversation, he told me that he had been a blue collared worker at an industry for 17 years and yet he had not gotten a permanent job there. It was surprising for me to know that despite working continuously for 17 years at the same place, still, he is working under the contractor because once I had learned that the Supreme Court addressed this in its decision that a worker with his continuous 11 months’ service in an industry must be given a permanent job in the same industry and if management keeps workers under a contract for a long time then it would be against the ordinance.
Further, I asked, “How many workers got a permanent job in the last 17 years?” He flawlessly smiled and said innumerable. He added that some workers had joined the industry as permanent workers. I asked whether they were highly educated. He again impeccably smiled and said, “No, they had been highly recommended by chieftains of Balochistan.” It was quite pathetic to hear this.

Also, I asked whether there is no merit system. He grouchily replied that, in Balochistan, chieftains break laws and make their own rules. He further added that even many workers had been working there for 20 years, yet have not had gotten the permanent job. I asked him that whether this happened only in the industry where he has been working in. He replied negatively and said it is the same in all industries of Balochistan.
While listening to him, I remembered an incident that happened with one of my friends who once visited a private industry thrice with his resume and diplomas. He even was not allowed to enter the industry and meet the General Manager for giving an interview.
However, being frustrated and compelled, he visited a police station to meet the officer (S.H.O) who knew him very well. It was quite a shame for an educated boy to adjure for a recommendation later. Eventually, he got a recommendation later by the S.H.O.

After getting a recommendation later, he was unable to meet the General Manager of that industry. Security guards were not allowing him to meet the General Manager because his recommendation was not coming from a high profile comparing to others. Ultimately, he lost all his hopes and never visited that industry.
I had a quite long discussion with my old neighbour. After coming back home, countless questions were buzzing in my mind and putting me in frustration about why our government is failing to provide adequate jobs to youngsters and when the system of nepotism in our industries will get finished
Undoubtedly, youth plays a dynamic role in the development of a nation. Many young students of Balochistan, even having different diplomas in various fields are working under a contractor.
Antecedently, the people of Balochistan are already facing troubles regarding jobs and with this corrupt system of industries, their future shows a bleak picture. On the other hand, outsiders are working in the industries of Balochistan as permanent workers on high-profile ranks. An estimated 60 percent or 70 percent of outsiders are working here as permanent and as well as under contractors in various industries of Balochistan.

Instead of providing opportunities for the residents, they gave the cold shoulder to them. Sometimes even a man with his different diplomas can’t get a job under a contractor because he does not have any support or recommendation from high profiles.
To sum up, it is requested to the government look into this serious issue and bring some strict policies within the industries.
