Eid al-Adha Mubarak — The Festival of Devotion, Sacrifice & Surrender
تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا وَمِنْكُمْ

Today, we celebrate one of the most profound acts of faith in all of human history.

The story of Sayyiduna Ibrahim عليه السلام is not just a story of a father and a son — it is the story of a heart so completely surrendered to Allah ﷻ that nothing in this world — not even the most beloved — could come between him and his Lord.

And in that surrender, Allah ﷻ revealed His greatest truth:
When you give up everything for Allah ﷻ — He gives you everything and more.

On this blessed day of Eid al-Adha, we are reminded that:
- Qurbani is not merely the sacrifice of an animal — it is the sacrifice of our ego, our desires, and our attachment to this world, for the sake of Allah ﷻ
- Taqwa is the true offering — a heart that fears Allah ﷻ, loves Him, and trusts His plan completely
- Sharing is at the heart of this Eid — feeding the hungry, caring for the needy, and strengthening the bonds of our Ummah
- Gratitude — for the gift of Islam, the example of Ibrahim عليه السلام, and the mercy of Allah ﷻ that surrounds us every single day

From the entire family of The Mentor — Jauhar Campus, we extend our warmest Eid Mubarak to every student, every parent, every teacher, and every soul in our beautiful community.

May Allah ﷻ accept your Qurbani, your prayers, and your sacrifices.

یَوْمُ عَرَفَہ — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬
Of all the days Allah ﷻ has created, today stands above them all.
Yawm al-Arafah — the 9th of Dhul Hijjah — is the day the Prophet ﷺ described as the very heart of Hajj. It is the day when millions of believers stand on the plains of Arafah, hands raised, hearts open, tears flowing — in the most powerful gathering of humanity on earth. 🤲
And for those of us not making Hajj this year, this day is still an extraordinary gift.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

صِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، أَحْتَسِبُ عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ السَّنَةَ الَّتِي قَبْلَهُ وَالسَّنَةَ الَّتِي بَعْدَهُ

"Fasting on the day of Arafah — I hope that Allah will expiate the sins of the previous year and the coming year."
— Sahih Muslim

Today, wherever you are — fast if you are able 🌙
Raise your hands in dua
Seek forgiveness with a full heart
Send abundant salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ
And hold your loved ones close

There is no dua too big for this day. No sin too heavy for Allah's ﷻ mercy on Yawm al-Arafah. Ask. Pour your heart out. He ﷻ is listening.
