Identify yourself by observing the patterns.

You Are Meant to Experience Awe.

The universe has been speaking to us in patterns, and we were simply too busy to listen.

Look at a galaxy.
A flower.
A seashell.
A spiderweb.
Even the curious mind of a child.

Everywhere, we encounter circles, spirals, symmetry, rhythm, growth, and connection.

How often do we see?

I have spent decades teaching and creating, and I’ve learned that awareness begins with something simple: slowing down to notice.

We teach our children to calculate geometry, but we should also teach them to wonder at geometry.
We always teach ourselves to chase destinations, and forget to experience the journey unfolding right now.

Sacred geometry is not about mystical shapes.
It is an invitation to observe relationships, recognize patterns, question assumptions, and feel our connection with this living world.

The pattern isn't outside us.
it is the pattern of how we live, how we think, and how consciously we see.
“The soul becomes what it contemplates.”

So today, pause a moment.
Look at a leaf, cloud, flower, etc., or child, and see it.

What have you been looking at for years without seeing?

If this thought awakens in you, share it with someone who needs a moment of wonder.
Save it, reflect on it, and keep looking deeper.

JAAG
(Wake Up! into existence.)

We look at the universe as something vast and distant, something we must understand from the outside.

The deeper journey is inward.

You are not an accidental observer standing apart from creation.
You are a living expression, given awareness, intention, creativity, and the extraordinary ability to choose what you become.

What are we doing with this precious presence?

Your life has a unique possibility that no other can fulfill as you can.
Your talents, experiences, struggles, compassion, and creativity are not your personal possessions.
They can become instruments of service to humanity.

Your consciousness upgrading starts as you move from “What can I get from life?” to “What can my presence give to life?”

Align with the attributes of Creator: compassion without weakness, justice without hatred, wisdom without arrogance, forgiveness without surrender, creativity without destruction, etc.

Never evaluate your life by what you accumulate. Measure by what becomes better because you were there.

You are a small point in the cosmos, but your conscious actions can create ripples far beyond your sight.

Awaken yourself. Know yourself. Discover your unique role. Then play it wholeheartedly for the benefit of humanity.

DON'T RUN BLINDLY.
YOU ARE MEANT TO EXPERIENCE AWE

We spend so much of our life running.

Running toward grades, money, promotions, possessions, approval, followers, and the next “big thing.”

Have we ever stopped to ask:
Who created this race? And why am I running it?

At 60, one thing has become clear to me: movement is not progress.

Children staring at the moon is not wasting time.
A family laughing around a dinner table is not unproductive.
A teacher pausing to listen to a student's strange question is not falling behind.
These may be the moments we are actually living for.

We have become busy collecting experiences that we forget to experience the experience.

Look at a sunrise without photographing it.
Walk without checking your phone.
Listen to a loved one without reacting.
Watch a child discover something.
Let yourself feel wonder.

The universe is not asking you to win someone else's race.
It is inviting you to become fully present in your own journey.

“Your soul knows the way. The challenge is becoming quiet enough to hear it.”

So today, take a pause.
Breathe deep.
Look around.

And ask yourself:
Am I running away from my life?

If this question touches you, don't keep it to yourself.

Share it with anyone else you know who may be running blindly, too.

Our Defense Day

Sabse bada rog kya kahenge log
( Biggest Disease - What Will People Say?)

We teach children how to defend themselves from danger.
We teach nations how to defend their borders.

But who teaches us to defend our minds?

For years, I have watched children, parents, and adults surrender their dreams to four powerful words:
“What will people say?”

A child chooses a subject to please others.
A young person hides a talent because friends may laugh.
A parent makes decisions for appearances.
An adult remains trapped in an unhappy life because society might judge them.

But pause for a moment.
Who exactly are “people”?

Most are busy fighting their own fears, insecurities, and problems.
We hand these invisible critics the steering wheel of our lives.

Our greatest defense is not against an enemy outside us.
It is against the fear inside us.

This Defense Day, protect your values, conscience, attention, peace, and purpose.
Listen, but don't surrender your judgment.
Respect all the people but never live for their approval.

And ask yourself, “If nobody were watching, what would I choose?”
That answer may reveal the life you have been postponing.

I have lived sixty years. One truth keeps becoming clearer: life is far too short to spend it defending an image instead of living your truth.

So today, draw one boundary.
Say one honest “no.”

Take one courageous step.
And teach a child that being different is not a defect—it may be the beginning of becoming who they were meant to be.

Defend your existence. Not your image.

What part of your life are you still sacrificing because you fear, “What will people say?”

Think. Awaken. Choose consciously.

Save a Life - Before the Silence Takes It!

Sometimes the quietest person in the room is carrying the loudest pain.

NOTICE the quiet.
LISTEN silent pleas.
ASK the heart to speak.
STAY in touch.

There are moments when silence is peaceful.
And then there are moments when silence is a warning.
We often ask, “How are you?” and accept “I’m fine” without looking twice.

What if “fine” is the safest answer someone has learned to give?

A child becomes unusually quiet.
A friend stops answering messages.
A colleague keeps saying, “I’m tired.”

Someone who once laughed loudly begins disappearing from conversations.
We call it moodiness. Stress. Drama. Busyness.

Sometimes we should call it a human being struggling to carry something alone.

Su***de is not just a statistic.
It is a reminder that behind every number was a person who had a story and a conversation that never happened.

We don't need to be psychologists to care.
We need to notice.
We need to listen without fixing.

And sometimes, we need the courage to ask:
“Are you thinking about hurting yourself?”

Yes, it may feel uncomfortable.
Ask anyway.

Because protecting ourselves from an awkward conversation should never be more important than protecting someone from unbearable loneliness.

So today, look up from your screen.
Notice someone.
Send the message.
Make the call.
Sit beside them.

Start the conversation before silence becomes permanent.

Your one question open a door someone desperately needed to find.

Who will you check on today?

Like. Share. Subscribe. Start the conversation.
One conversation may not change the whole world.
But it might change someone's world.

Not every smile carries kindness, and not every company deserves your energy.

“Manhooso Se Bacho” is a simple poem for children and a deeper reminder for adults:
Choose your friends wisely, protect your peace, and never be afraid to walk away from people who constantly make your heart feel small.

Being alone is not loneliness.
Solitude is how you protect your light.

Choose your company.
Guard your energy.
Protect your peace.

Don’t Lose the Journey!

A map is useful.
A destination is exciting.

BUT NEITHER ONE IS YOUR LIFE.

Don’t spend so much time planning where you want to go that you forget to notice where you are right Now!.

Enjoy the walk, not just the finish line.
The destination is only one moment;
the journey is where your life is actually happening.

Slow down.
Look around.
Feel.
Learn.
Love.
Make mistakes.
Laugh.
Grow.

“Let not life be lost in the pursuit of maps; while seeking the destination, do not leave the journey itself unfinished.”

Your life is not waiting at the end of the road.
IT IS WALKING BESIDE YOU RIGHT NOW.

Don't just save it for later.
Share it with one who needs the reminder to live fully alive.
Like, share, and subscribe if you want more reflections on awareness and the art of living consciously.

The Library of Unlived Lives

Our mind is full of books about experiences our heart never actually lived.

Do you know how to start?
You know what to do!

You have watched the videos, read the books, made the plans, saved the posts, and still you wait.

"Someday."
Someday,
I will travel.
I will write.
I will call them.
I will be more with my kids.
I will become the person I visualise becoming.

And the reality is:
I already knew very well that 'Someday' is not a point I have to reach;
It is just a route to an escape.

I know the map may reveal the mountain to me, but it will not ascend it for me.
Learning about courage does not instill it in me.
Reading about love doesn't make me loving.
Reading about life doesn't make me alive.

At 60, I’m learning that wisdom isn't how much value I can store in my mind. It is how much of what I know I am willing to LIVE.

So today, close one book.
Put down the screen.

Take a step toward what you've been postponing for a long time.
Make the call.
Take the walk.
Create the thing.
Hug your child.
Say what needs to be said.

Your life is not waiting on the 'someday'.
It is happening right now.

So ask yourself:
What chapter of my life am I still reading about instead of living?

Please Don't die with this magnificent library of knowledge and an empty shelf of experiences.

Read the map. Then take the journey.

So, you reached here; Now I am 100% sure this article stirred something in you.
Share it with those who need it.

Stop becoming a Google
when you were born to be a living, breathing soul.

The greatest answers aren't waiting on a screen.

What a strange human trick

we play on ourselves: knowing the exact distance to the moon,

Forgetting to look out the window at it.

We are so busy downloading life that we are missing the person sitting right next to us.

If you've been feeling like your days are a series of scrolls, saves, and searches, take a deep breath and read my latest poem.

Let it remind you of the difference between knowing life and actually living it. ❤️

Save if you needed this reminder to put down your phone today.
