اللہ تعالیٰ متاثرین کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائیں۔ کراچی جو روشنیوں کا شہر ہوا کرتا تھا اب یہ شہر بربادی کا شہر بنتا ہوا نظر آ رہا ہے۔ دعا ہے کہ یہ شہر دوبارہ ان آفات سے محفوظ رہے۔

سال کا آخری سورج غروب ہوا، لوگوں کے دلوں میں پچھتاوے اور ناکامی کے احساس نے جگہ بنائی، کیونکہ وہ اپنے ارمانوں کو پورا کرنے میں ناکام رہے۔ پھر نئے سال نے ایک نئی امید کی کرن کھولی، لیکن پچھلے سال کی طرح، یہ سال بھی ان کی امیدیں توڑ دے گا۔ تو کیا یہ کہنا درست ہے کہ جو ارمان دل میں رہ جاتے ہیں، ان پر روئیں نہیں بہانی چاہئیں، بلکہ اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کرنی چاہئیے کہ یہ سال بھی پچھلے سال کی طرح امیدیں توڑنے والا نہ ہو۔
