*Job Title*: Research Analyst
*Location*: Remote
*Job Type*: Contract | Commission-Based
*Responsibilities*:
* Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients
* Message potential candidates on LinkedIn
* Review and source expert profiles for client projects
*Qualifications*:
* 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (Fresh grads are highly encouraged)
* An updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections
* Availability to focus on the role (not a full-time employee or student)
*Understanding Credits & Submissions*:
* *Credit*: A "credit" is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:
1. You source and sign up an expert.
2. The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.
3. The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by project coordinator.
4. The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).
- Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as *1 credit*.
- If the expert is booked multiple times by the same or different clients, subsequent bookings count as *0.5 credits*.
* *Submission: A **submission* refers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by project coordinator. A *submission* must meet these criteria to be valid.
*Compensation Details:*
* *Commission-Based:* This is a fully commission-based role with the following structure:
*For every credit:*
* *$80 per credit*
* *$3 per expert submission* (An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on our website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client.)
*Example Earnings:*
* 10 credits = *10 × $80 = $800*
* 30 expert submissions = *30 × $3 = $90*
* *Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890*
