Recipe:
Milk : 1 Liter
Add 1 cup sugar after first boil.
As the sugar dissolved, add 1/4 tsp cardamum and 125 grams Khoya.
Later add one bread sliced and mix the batter well and in the end, add chopped dryfruits 2 tbsp. Khoya kufli is ready.

Minced Meat - 1/2 KG
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masla - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaf - 2 tbsp
Mint Leaf - 6-8
Bread Crums - 1/4 Cup
Fried Onion - 1/4 Cup
Mix it well and then make a meatball.
Fry meatballs until it turn brown
Biryani Gravy
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Onion - 2 medium
Fry till turns brown
Then Add
Cumin Seed- 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Plum - 6 -8
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato Paste - 1 Cup
Add Meatballs in Gravy
Potatos - 4 - 5
Water - 1/2 Cup
Then
Cook it for 5 mins
Add Kewra Water - 1 tbsp
Rice Preparation
Whole Garam Masla
Salt - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Basmati Rice - 1 KG
Assemble Rice and Gravy and then add Yellow Food Color - 1 tsp & cook it for 5 - 10 mins on low flame

Note: Cook until it makes softened

Add Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 3-5
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
After dissolving the sugar; cook and make the batter thick
Delicious keri ka murabba ready to serve
