Crossing Borders, Building Bridges, i call it CB3 which is a transformational rehabilitation training program that focuses on life-long development at the individual level (body, mind and spirit) intended to achieve true peace and connection. We live in a high-speed world, sometimes taking for granted how crucial it is to harmonize our thoughts (mind) and feelings (heart). Designed to access and realign the base of being -the inner harmony creating space to experience true spirituality.
