Vanilla Custard Recipe ⤵

Ingredients:
Boiled colored vermicelli ¾ cup
Milk 1 liter
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Mix fruits ½ cup
Dry fruits 1 cup
Jelly 1 packet
Sugar 1 cup

Method:
In milk add sugar and cook then in water dissolve custard powder and cook till custard turns thick after this add boiled colored vermicelli. Kept the custard aside until cool then add mixed fruits, dry fruits and jelly and serve it.

SCHEZWAN CHOWMEIN ⤵

Ingredients

Egg noodles 1 packet boiled for 3 mins
Boneless chicken 2 breasts cut into thin julienne, marinate with
Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Mix all together and shallow fry chicken, keep aside.

Ingredients for Vegetables Stir Fry

Green onion 3 cut diagonally into strips
Carrot 1 cup julienne
Capsicum 1 julienne
Cabbage 1 ½ cup julienne
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
Button red chilies 6
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for Sauce

Chicken stock ½ cup
Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt as required

METHOD

Mix together all the ingredients for sauces and keep aside. Marinate chicken strips and shallow fry and keep aside. Heat oil in wok, add ginger garlic with button red chilies, add in carrot, cabbage, capsicum, add fried chicken with the sauces, add the boiled noodles, mix well to coat the noodles with sauce.
