The Alumni Meet 2025, held on 26 December 2025 at the University of Swat, was organized by the Directorate of Alumni Relations, University of Swat, and professionally managed by the Event Management Club of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, University of Swat, Swat. The event was marked by thoughtful planning, professional ex*****on, and a welcoming atmosphere, and was warmly appreciated by alumni, faculty members, and the university administration.

The Department gratefully acknowledges Mr. Fida Hussain, Provost/Director Alumni Relations, University of Swat, Chief Organizer, for his leadership, guidance, and continued support. Sincere thanks are also extended to Dr. Arshad Iqbal, Deputy Director Alumni Relations, for creating meaningful learning opportunities for students and entrusting them with the responsibility of managing such a significant event.

"The Event Management Club of Department of Tourism and Hospitality, University of Swat, successfully organized and managed the Welcome Party of Hunerkada (BS Fine Art and Design). The event was held at Hunerkada and was graced by Professor Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor of the University of Swat, as the Chief Guest.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Jamal Shah, Head of Hunerkada, and Amna Shah, Director of Hunerkada, and showcased the creative talents of Hunerkada students.

At the Pitch Fest of Cohort 2 – Social Lab (Hashoo Foundation), Mr. Awais Qarni and Mr. Manzar Habibi represented the University of Swat with exceptional confidence and dedication.
Awais and Manzar presented their innovative project, “Empower Play Zone,” a multi-purpose sports arena designed to promote healthy lifestyles, create safe recreational spaces, and positively engage youth in productive activities. Their idea reflects the strong potential and creativity nurtured within the Department of Tourism & Hospitality.
