Jihad is for just peace and justice
Destroying all repressive practice!
The martyrs win immortality
Which negates earthly mortality!
جہاد!
جہاد محض امن اور انصاف کے لیے ہے
یہ ظالمانہ روش کو کچلنے کیلئے ہے
شہداء حیات جاوداں پا لیتے ہیں
جو اس فانی دنیا سے لافانی ہو جاتے ہیں

Jihad
When the Great Allah's worship is denied
Jihad's mission-movement is fully justified
When unbelievers deny the supreme Truth
Their rebellious disloyalty merits no ruth!
جہاد
جب اللہ بزرگ و برتر کی عبادت سے انکار کیا جاتا ہے
پھر تحریک جہاد کا بجا طور پر جواز بن جاتا ہے
جب کافر حقیقی اعلیٰ سچائی کا انکار کرتے ہیں
تو پھر باغیانہ روش کسی رحم کی مستحق نہیں ہوتی

It infuses the spiritual might
Jihad is for self-defence and survival
It is for renaissance and revival
جہاد
یہ ایک اعلیٰ و ارفع اللہ کی رہنما روشنی ہے
جو دلوں میں ایک روحانی طاقت کی روح پھونک دیتی ہے
جہاد اپنے دفاع اور بقا کے لیے ہے
یہ نشاط ثانیہ اور نئی زندگی پانے کیلئے ہے

Sublime submission to Allah is Islam
The harbinger of perfect peace and calm
As the favourite faith of the Creator
Love of one and all is its motivator
جہاد!
اللہ تعالیٰ کے سامنے سر تسلیم خم کر دینا اسلام ہے
اسلام مکمل امن اور سکون لانے والا ہے
چونکہ یہ خالق کا پسندیدہ مذہب ہے
اسلام سب کے لئے محبت کے لئے ابھارتا ہے

Tolerance
We are more sectarian
Than humanitarian
Lack of compassion is at its peak
Its remedy we have to seek!
تحمل
ہم زیادہ تر فرقوں میں بٹے ہوئے ہیں
بہ نسبت انسان دوست ہونے کے
دوسروں کے لیے ہمدردی کے جزبہ کی کمی بام عروج پر ہے
اس کا مداوا ہمیں تلاش کرنا ہے

And genuine broad-mindedness
It is supreme charity

A glow of sincere self-sacrifice
Being above all mean malice
Patience plays a vital role
To purify the human soul

Tolerance is to bear pain
To put up with life's strain
It is to be forgiving
To make our life worth-living

تحمل
تحمل درد اور کرب کو برداشت کرنا ہے
زندگی کی تلخیوں کا سامنا کرنا ہے
یہ معاف کر دینے کا عمل ہے
گویا اپنی زندگی کو رہنے کے قابل بنانا ہے

Makes the Muslims to self-realize
Who were leading stray lives otherwise!

ماہ صیام کی برکات
چشمہ حیات ایک نیا بہاؤ حاصل کرلیتا ہے
تقویٰ حیات نیا نور حاصل کر لیتا ہے
روزہ مسلمانوں کو اپنی ذات کی پہچان دیتا ہے
وہ لوگ جو بھٹکے ہوئے ہوتے ہیں راہ ہدایت پا لیتے ہیں

ماہ صیام کی برکات
اللہ بزرگ و برتر اپنی روشنی پھیلاتا ہے
عبادت گزاروں کی روحیں خیر و برکات کی بلندیوں کو چھو لیتی ہیں
اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف رجوع روح کی تطہیر کرتا ہے
یہ عمل حقیقی منزل کی طرف لے جاتا ہے

The places of worship are alive
All into the sea of piety dive

ماہ صیام کی برکات
امیر لوگ غریب لوگوں کا احساس کرتے ہیں
انسانی ہمدردی کے جذبات بام عروج پر ہوتے ہیں
عبادت گاہوں میں خوب چہل پہل ہوتی ہے
تمام لوگ پارسائی کے سمندر میں غوطہ زن ہوتے ہیں

From all ills and evils stay away

ماہ صیام انتہائی صدقہ و خیرات کا مہینہ ہے
یہ روحوں کو بالیدگی سے سرفراز کرتا ہے
