Almas Zaka Ur Rehman Foundation Almas Zaka-ur-Rehman foundation was founded by Begum Almas Zaka-ur-Rehman as a means of helping & serving the people of Pakistan.

Philanthropist, Mentor & Inspiration. Begum Almas Zaka ur Rehman has been Serving Pakistanis going for Haj and Umra since 1988. She began this journey back in the 80s following the death of her husband Mian Zaka Ur Rehman who was the founder of this organization. She is running the Non Profit organization the "Almas Zaka ur Rehman Foundation" along with her children & grand children who assist &

accompany her during all her journeys. Serving and facilitating thousands of Hajis for over the last few decades in performing pilgrimage in the best way possible without any difficulty ,
Begum Almas is a source of strength for countless people across Pakistan & dreams of helping mankind for as long as she lives. Her ultimate goal is to establish different organizations that are sustainable & non-political & provide education & healthcare to those who have nowhere to go. She is also running a free dispensary & school with now over 300 children in a very poor village called Kalalwala, District Sheikhupura. This school provides free primary education to underprivileged children of this & the neighboring villages along with uniforms, books etc. The first batch of her school will be appearing for Matriculation exams in the coming year inshaAllah. She is currently determined to building a free hospital at the same location so that this area may have free healthcare & emergency services. Orphaned at a very young age, Almas Zaka did not let her childhood shatter her, rather she became the best example of strength & faith & is striving to change the lives of the children of this village. She is one of the most beautiful, elegant & brave women you will ever come across in your life. Her zest for life comes from all the great work she is doing for those who benefit from her. She is a true beacon of light for Pakistan. We, the extensions of this great lady, hope & pray that we may continue her mission, until the end of time. You prayers & support is needed, always.

We are very excited today as the internship comes to an end. The dedicated and kind volunteers from different schools of Lahore have been mentoring our students for the last two weeks and today they will show us all what they have learnt.

A few months back, The Rotary Club of Lahore Garden's organized a carnival and free medical camp at our school. Mian Ahmed Shuja & his friends at the Club brought in a team of doctors to give our children a free eye checkup. Due to lack of proper hygiene and poor living conditions in the villages,many children suffer from common eye infections that cause a loss of eye sight when untreated. We are extremely thankful to the entire team of the TRC for this kindness and our children had a mighty great time at the Carnival too.
Most of these kids didnt know what a Jumping castle was until that day. Once they realized what it was, they couldn't stop laughing.

And here we have it. Our all new activity room. This room will inshaAllah become home to Ayesha Nasir s first ever ismalic library for kids. We are slowly trying to add artwork to the walls and all. Lets see how it looks once its all done :)
