آج nursery class کے routine visit میں بچوں سے السلام علیکم کہا۔
سب نے خوشی سے جواب دیا۔ پھر ایک ایک بچے کا نام لے کر پوچھنا شروع کیا، “آپ کیسے ہیں؟” "آپ کیسے ہیں؟"
جب میں اپنی طرف سے سارے نام لے چکا تو
اچانک ایک ننھی سی آواز آئی:
“Sir… aap mujhe bhool gaye hain?”
وہ سیدہ مہمل تھی۔
بےساختہ ہنسی بھی آئی اور دل میں خوشی بھی۔
اُس ایک جملے نے یاد دلایا کہ بچے صرف پڑھائے نہیں جاتے… وہ چاہے بھی جانا چاہتے ہیں۔
وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ ہم انہیں دیکھیں، سنیں، یاد رکھیں اور اہم سمجھیں۔

Today, we reinforced one non-negotiable across our classrooms:
same expectations, same responses.
Because when consistency drops, systems weaken and we don’t allow that.
At our school, SOPs are not documents.
They are followed daily ان شاءاللہ ۔
Inn shaa Allaah, this consistency continues to reflect in the discipline and growth of our students.
