Embarking on a spiritual journey at Al-Qadir University Project Trust, an insightful event on the topic 'Deen Asan Hai' event was held today. The event was inaugurated by the recitation of Holy Quan by our shining student of BS-Islamic Studies Adnan. He with grace and reverence, recited verses from the Holy Quran, infusing the gathering with the divine essence.
Then the atmosphere resonated with divine melodies as Hafiz Umer Hayat and Maulana Abbas poured their souls into Naat recitations, weaving a tapestry of devotion that touched every heart present.

Al Shaykh Mansoor Ahmed Al-Qazi, the esteemed guest speaker, unfolded the intricacies of our faith in a profoundly insightful talk that left hearts enlightened and minds enriched. His unique contribution added an extra layer of enchantment to the event. His recitation of the Holy Quran in various accents showcased the universal beauty of our sacred text, connecting us all through the shared bond of spirituality. In his beautiful and heart touching voice the resonating call to prayer (Azan) echoed through the venue, a poignant reminder of the unity that binds us as a community.

In the embrace of these spiritual expressions, we found a collective solace and inspiration to strengthen our connection with Quran & Sunnah. A heartfelt thanks to our respected guests and all who contributed to making this event a inspiration of spiritual enlightenment.

Last month, on October 12, 2023, a grand program was held in Al-Qadir University Project Trust under the auspices of Character Building & Religious Society featuring the unveiling of a masterpiece book titled "Fazaan-e-Fikr-e-Iqbal" written by Mr. Talib Hussain Hashmi (an educationist, scholar, and PhD Iqbal Studies scholar). The ceremony was hosted by Dr. Muhammad Umar Farooq Rashid (Assistant Professor, Al-Qadir University).

Dr. Amjad Rahman (Executive Director, Al-Qadir University Project Trust, Sohawa Jhelum) presided over the event. The program's comparing was conducted by Mr. Irfan Sadiqi. Dr. Muhammad Umar Farooq, Assistant Professor, welcomed the guests and provided detailed introductions. Following this, Dr. Muhammad Zulqarnain presented a comprehensive presentation on the vision and mission of Al-Qadir University, as well as its educational and hostel facilities.

The author of the book, Mr. Talib Hussain Hashmi, addressed the audience, emphasizing the need and significance of Iqbal studies in the present era. He passionately advocated for Iqbalism, shedding light on the relevance of Iqbal's thoughts in the contemporary world.

Other notable figures in the ceremony included Mr. Shahid Latif Hashmi (researcher, writer, and poet), Professor Jameel Ahmed Kiani, and Raja Sheraz Kiani, who participated and encouraged the organization's efforts.

At the end Executive Director, Dr. Amjad ur Rehman gave a concluding note and the our prestigious guests for their worthy presence and contribution to the institution. Mr. Talib Hussain Hashni presented his book to the faculty of institute and other guests.

The purpose of this ceremony was to awaken the importance and relevance of spirituality, especially in a time when materialism is rampant, and there is a clash with Western culture. The aim was to draw attention, particularly of the youth, especially students, towards Iqbal’s Philosophy and the teachings of Iqbal. The goal was to counteract the negative impact of Western culture on vulnerable minds, strengthen the connection with Islamic heritage, and fortify ties with the teachings of the predecessors.

On November 2, 2023, at 3:00 PM, a significant session and prize distribution event took place at Al-Qadir University, Sohawa. Sports Psychologist and Public Speaker Mr. Jamil Ahmad Kiani was the chief guest and speaker of the session. The event was organized by the Character Building and Religious Society, under the auspices of Al-Qadir University Project Trust, Sohawa.

The proceedings were initiated with the recitation of the Holy Quran and a Naat at the Prophet's Mosque. Dr. Muhammad Umar Farooq, Assistant Professor, gave a welcome note and introduced the guests in detail.

The program was presided over by Dr. Amjad Rahman, Executive Director, Al-Qadir University Project Trust, Sohawa. The comparing of the program was conducted by Muhammad Habib Rahman President of the Al-Qadir Character Building and Religious Society.

Professor Jamil Ahmad Kiani delivered a lecture titled "Character Building and Leadership" to the students of BS Islamic Studies and BS Management Sciences. This program proved to be a valuable academic session in the context of intellectual correctness and inspirational optimism for the young generation.

Special guests included esteemed scholars, writers, and researchers such as Mr. Talib Hussain Hashmi, PhD Iqbaliat Scholar, Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Kiani, Mr. Faisal Janjua (Press Club Sohawa), and Hafiz Naeem Qamar (Character Education Foundation Trainer).

During his lecture, Mr. Jamil Ahmad Kiani explained to the students that the fundamental description of leadership is "Positive thinking" and emphasized that a person's highest role can make them unique in their time. He also praised the vision and mission of Al-Qadir University and declared the institution's activities as a great service to the nation.

He expressed that in this materialistic era, an institution like Al-Qadir, enriched with spirituality and knowledge, is nothing less than a blessing. Towards the end of the program, students who displayed outstanding performance in the sports competition held in the orientation week of the new academic year were awarded prizes and trophies by Mr. Jamil Ahmad Kiani and other esteemed guests.

We recently had the privilege of hosting a spectacular opening ceremony for the book 'Takmeel e Khud,' a literary masterpiece authored by the exceptionally talented Ms. Mahjabeen Mujtaba. This book contains essence of Dr. Iqbal’s concept of Khudi. The event was a true celebration of knowledge, inspiration, and the power of words.

✨ Esteemed senior faculty members, Dr. Muhammad Zulqarnain, Dr. Muhammad Umer Farooq Rashid and Dr. Shabbir, graced the occasion with their presence and intellectual prowess. They provided deep insights into the profound content of 'Takmeel e Khud,' offering us a glimpse into the thought-provoking world that Ms Mahjabeen Mijtaba has crafted within its pages.
