Plant Tissue Culture (tissue, cell and protoplast culture and subsequent plant regeneration, Micro-propagation of plants). Bacterial transformation (Electroporation), Plant transformation. (PEG, Electroporation, Particle gun [Biolistics], Agro bacterium) and somatic hybridization (electro fusion) of plants. He was also work in plant genetics and molecular breeding group to find out the diversity with DNA marker among plants through RAPD, RFLP, AFLP and SSR.
