The visit provided a valuable learning experience, showcasing how indigenous innovation and engineering contribute to equipping the Pakistan Armed Forces and supporting defence needs across the globe.
Cadets of Girls Cadet College Jhang had the valuable opportunity to attend an interactive Q&A session with an ISSB Psychologist, currently serving as a Lieutenant in Pakistan Navy.
The session focused on guiding aspiring candidates about the ISSB process, highlighting key psychological aspects, personality assessment, and the qualities required to achieve a “Recommended” status. Cadets actively engaged with the expert, asking insightful questions about confidence, communication, leadership, and mental preparation.
Through real-life experiences and professional insights, the session provided clarity on common misconceptions and helped cadets understand how to present their true personality during ISSB. It was not just a lecture, but a practical learning experience aimed at building self-awareness and sharpening the mindset required for success.
