Few glimpses from one day seminar on "October is Pink: Breast Cancer Awareness Month" organized by American Institute of Chemical Engineers Society - AIChE MUET Student Chapter in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Hyderabad Galaxy today at Chemical Engineering Department, Mehran University Jamshoro.

Dr. Nimra Zaman was the guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Khadija Qureshi chairperson chemical Engineering department is the Chief Guest of the session.

One day seminar organized by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers Society (AIChE MUET Student Chapter) in collaboration with American Chemical Society (ACS QUEST Student Chapter) held at Department of Chemical Engineering MUET.
Prof. Dr. Khadija Qureshi (Advisor AIChE MUET Chapter and Chairperson Department of Chemical Engineering, Mehran UET Jamshoro) was the chief guest of the seminar.
Dr. Kashif Hussain Mangi, Assistant Professor QUEST SBA, delivered a talk on "Role of student's societies in universities-Challenges, Opportunities and Outcomes". This talk was aimed to boost the confidence of students in order to face the challenge in university life and build an effective approach to opportunities to excel in their fields. Besides that, this seminar also provides students a chance to ask their quarries related to the benefits of joining the societies

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗤𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶 is a leading profile with 25 years of academic and research experience and number of peer-reviewed publications in the field of Chemical, Process, Environmental and Water Engineering, besides producing a big number of PhDs, Masters in Engineering.
She has contributed a lot for the development of Engineering in Pakistan and specifically in Sindh, being a woman engineer it was surely hard for her but she performed remarkably in every aspect of career.
She has been awarded and successfully completed number of national and international research projects, Including on one of leading projects on water constraints for heavy metal removal from drinking water of Pakistan as a joint venture with 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗨𝗦𝗔.
