We are delighted to share that Sitara Anwar 21PG16 from Institute of Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering has secured *3rd Position* across Pakistan at the prestigious SPE-PAPG Annual Technical Conference 2026.

She presented her outstanding work on the topic:
“Reducing NPT by using an Adaptive Cognitive Drilling System (ACDS) powered by Explainable AI.”

Her research highlights the powerful role of AI-driven, transparent decision-making systems in minimizing Non-Productive Time (NPT) and improving drilling efficiency: a step forward toward smarter and more reliable drilling operations.

This achievement reflects her dedication, technical excellence, and innovative thinking on a national platform of petroleum professionals.

Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro congratulates Team MUDDS on achievement of an other Team Trophy at Jinnah Sindh Medical University Open Declamation Contest 2023 among different universities of the region.

Ms. Hooria Shumail (19 ES) in Urdu category secured 3rd Position and Ms. Mehwish Khan secured consolation in English Category and as per overall aggregate the MUDDS Team Secured RUNNER UP Trophy.
