Our school participate in Sindhi Cultural Festival at Govt. Boys High School Ahmed Mian Soomro Jacobabad.

*Purpose of Visit:*
The inspection team under the supervision of the Taluka Education Officer (ES&HS), Jacobabad, visited GBELS RAHIM BUX SOOMRO to evaluate infrastructure, attendance, record maintenance, academic progress and classroom management.

*Areas Inspected:*
The inspection team examined the following areas:
1. Infrastructure and Facilities
2. School Record
3. School Management Committee (SMC) Record
4. Academic Progress
5. Classroom Management
6. Registration Status of Teachers on STEDA Portal.

*Observations:*
*School Building:*
The first floor of the building was damaged and it was evacuated. The classes were disturbed and managed on ground floor in corridors, causing rush and noisy environment. *School Building* needs immediate repair to avoid further academic loss.

*School records*
GR and SMC record were maintained and updated.

*Student enrollment and attendance:* Enrollment was good and attendance was also 85℅+ reflecting commitment and ownership of teachers.

*Academic Progress & Classroom Management:* Checked thoroughly by visiting each class room. Except some minor gaps the overall academic progress of the school was satisfactory. Shared with Incharge HM and staff in consclusive meeting to address the gaps.
