Chairman Higher Education Commission Pakistan (HEC) Dr. Niaz Akhtar visited Pakistan’s first-ever Students Societies Center at SALU Khairpur, accompanied by Vice Chancellor, Meritorious Prof. Dr. Yousuf Khushk.

The Vice Chancellor highlighted that this remarkable initiative became possible through the dedicated efforts of Mr. Muhammad Murtaza Noor. Chairman HEC appreciated the outstanding work of student societies and acknowledged their vital role in promoting youth engagement and leadership.

He also commended the efforts of Coordinator Students Societies Center, Dr. Ali Raza Lashari, for his commitment to youth development and fostering a positive and impactful student environment.

A step forward towards empowering youth, strengthening leadership, and building a progressive academic culture.

A productive and insightful meeting of the Organizing & Core Committee for the 6th International Students Convention & Expo 2026 was held at Government College University Faisalabad.

The session focused on strategic planning, coordination, and strengthening collaborative efforts to ensure a successful and impactful convention. It was inspiring to see the dedication and commitment of team members working together to create a platform that empowers students, promotes innovation, and connects academia with industry.
