While conducting a session at a government girls' school in Lyari area of Karachi, team NYCE realized the students there are full of talent and they need guidance to streamline their efforts to get on the road to self-development.
To serve this purpose NYCE organized a counselling session for the students to help them recognize their goals and how to achieve those. The session also included the training focusing on how to put their talent to use.

The efforts to keep expanding NYCE continues...
Recently, our team head Hiba Ikram represented Beydaar Society and National Youth Coalition for Education - NYCE in a week-long extensive training by United States Institute of Peace as part of her Generation Change Fellows Program - GCFP. The fellowship revolves around fostering collaboration, building resilience and increasing capacity of the young leaders to help create peace in the society, which resonates with the objectives of NYCE.
The interaction with like-minded youth leaders from across borders amplified the impact of the coalition and will help us achieve our goals smoothly. We thank USIP for offering such an experience to our significant member that will now be reflected in the work we will do further.
