بورڈ امتحانات بچوں کے اندر احساس جرم پیدا کررہے ہیں:

ہمارے ہاں میٹرک امتحان کو بچوں کے لٸے زندگی اور موت کا مسٸلہ بنایا جارہا ہے۔ اسکے برعکس اگر IB اور IGCSE جیسے اسیسمنٹ کا جاٸزہ لیا جاۓ تو طرز فکر اور اپروچ میں زمین آسمان کا فرق محسوس ہوتا ہے۔
پوری دنیا اس بات پر متفق ہے کہ بچوں کی کارکردگی کو تین گھنٹے کے پیپر میں جانچنا ناممکن ہے۔ ہونا تو یہ چاہیٸے تھا کہ ہم آہستہ آہستہ اس سسٹم سے نکل کر باقی دنیا سے قدم ملا کر چلنے کی کوشش کرتے اور بچوں کے امتحانات کو اسیسمنٹ سسٹم میں تبدیل کرکے بچوں کے اوپر غیر ضروری بوجھ کا خاتمہ کرتے لیکن ہم نے الٹا چلنے کا فیصلہ کرلیا ہے۔
ایک ہی کلاس کے بچوں کو الگ الگ ہالز میں بٹھا کر ہماری حکومت یہ بات ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کررہی ہے کہ بچے کوٸی غلط کام کررہے ہیں۔
ایک بچہ ہال میں بیٹھ کر پیپر حل کررہا ہے۔ اس کے اوپر وہ لوگ ڈیوٹی کررہے ہیں جو اُن کے لٸے مکمل اجنبی ہیں۔ تین گھنٹے کے پیپر میں انسپکٹرز کی فوج, اسسٹنٹ کمشنر سے لیکر ضلعی انتظامیہ, سیکیورٹی کیمرے, چھاپہ مار ٹیمیں اور افسران کی ٹی اے ڈی اے کے چکر میں ذہنی اذیت, بچے کو کیا باور کرانے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں؟
بچہ کیا سوچ رہا ہوگا؟
یقیناً بچہ احساس جرم کا شکار ہوگا۔
گزارش ہے کہ بچوں کو اس اذیت اور احساس جرم سے باہر نکالنے کے لٸے اقدامات کٸے جاٸیں ورنہ یہی بچے اس احساس جرم کے ساتھ عادی ہوکر کل کو بڑے جراٸم میں ملوث ہونے میں کوٸی عار محسوس نہیں کریں گے۔

Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad, proudly exhibited an outstanding performance at the All Pakistan Inter-Board Sports Gala (Session 2025–26) organized by BISE Lahore from 9th to 13th February 2026. Competing with 10 educational boards from across the country, FBISE secured Gold Medal and Trophy in Table Tennis, emerging as champion, while also achieving the Runner-up position in Hockey by winning Silver Medal and Trophy.
