Al Mustafa Industrial Home Inaugurated to Empower Women Through Vocational Skills

The Al Mustafa Industrial Home, a project aimed at empowering women through vocational education, skills development, and training, was Inaugurated at Mohalla Syedian, Barakahu.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was jointly conducted by Mrs. Nusrat Saleem, Managing Director, Al Mustafa Welfare Trust Lahore, and Prof. Syed Imtiaz Ali Rizvi, CEO ELMS. Representatives and team members from both ELMS and Al Mustafa Welfare Trust participated in the event.
The Al Mustafa Industrial Home is the first vocational institution in Mohalla Syedian, Barakahu, established to provide women with opportunities for vocational education, skills development, and capacity building, contributing to women’s empowerment and community development.
On the first day, 20 women were enrolled, reaching the full capacity of the center.
A well-organized Inauguration Ceremony was held at the Wedding Complex, Kiyani Road Barakahu . Ms Zaib Jaffar (MNA), the Parliamentary Secretary for National Assembly standing Committee for Economics and Revenue Affairs beside her. Prof. Syed Imtiaz Ali Rizvi, , Ms Rubina Khawja Al Mustafa Trust UK Mrs. Nusrat Saleem, Syeda Unsar Naqvi ,Principal Jamia Masooma ,Barakahu Mrs Rizwana Hussain Principal World Academy,Islamabad , Mr Nawaz Kharal Media Advisor, Al Mustafa Trust , Mr Sajjad Azahr Member Governing Body Al Mustafa Trust ,Mr Rafiq Tauheedi Rep Junior Jinnah Trust also addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of empowering women through vocational education and skills development and appreciated the efforts of ELMS and Al Mustafa Welfare Trust for establishing the Al Mustafa Industrial Home in Barakahu.
The ceremony was also attended by notable representatives from different educational institutions , prominent personalities from the area, and student leaders of ATI.
