چیئرمین وزیرِاعظم ٹاسک فورسں انجینئر ملک گل اصغر خان بگھور نے سب-کمیٹی کی تشکیل کرنے کی منظوری دی اور ایک ہفتہ میں ابتدائی رپورٹ پیش کرنے کی ہدایت دی-

اجلاس کے شرکا نے تمام اسٹیک ہولڈرز کو ایک پلیٹ فارم پر اکتھا کرکے مسائل کو ڈسکس کرنےاور یونیفارم پالیسی بنانے کیلئے حکومتی کوششوں کو سراہا

اجلاس میں تمام صوبوں کے سیکرٹری معدنیات ، وفاقی ڈائریکٹر جنرل معدنیات ، وزارت صنعت و پیداوار ، وزارت کامرس ، ایف ، بی ، آر کسٹم ڈیپارٹمنٹ ، کیپیٹل ڈویلپمینٹ اتھارٹی، اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کے افسران اور پرائیویٹ سیکٹر کے ممبران نے شرکت کی اور اس سیکٹر کی بہتری کے لیے اپنی اپنی تجاویز دیں۔

اجلاس میں وزیرِاعظم عمران خان کے ویژن کے مطابق برآمدات کو بڑھانے کے حوالے سے لائحہ عمل پر گفتگو ہوئی

ٹاسک فورس کے ممبران نے شعبے سے رابسہ دیہی علاقوں میں نوکریوں کے مواقعوں اور دراآمد بڑھانے کیلئے درکارسہولیات پر روشنی ڈالی

Paraiba tourmaline has become synonym of rarity in the coloured gemstone world. In the late 1980s a particular type of tourmaline was discovered in São José da Batalha, in the state of Paraíba, Brazil. These were copper-rich elbaites (a sodium and lithium species of the tourmaline super group) with vibrant blue and green “neon” colours that were rare in sizes over 1 carat. Similar gems were also found elsewhere, namely in Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil), in Nigeria and in Nampula (Mozambique) with these neon colours also being found in fluor-liddicoatite (another tourmaline species) where copper and manganese concentrations are compatible with what is reported for the paraiba elbaites. The identification of the mineral species of a neon coloured tourmaline is better accomplished with advanced techniques like the LA-ICM-MS (laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry) where accurate trace elements’ concentrations are measured. The determination of copper and manganese concentrations is also crucial to name a certain neon-coloured tourmaline as a “paraiba”, regardless of its geographic origin.
