Productive Meeting with Madam Gulmina Bilal, Chairperson NAVTTC, on Skill Development for Underserved Communities

Kanwal Bijoro, Director Islamabad Boarding School, and Member Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, had a productive meeting with Madam Gulmina Bilal, Chairperson NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training Commission). She is truly a wonderful & humble personality and a inspiring leader. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

During the meeting, the urgent need to establish a technical training center in the underserved and rural areas of Islamabad was discussed, with a special focus on financially disadvantaged communities that have limited access to quality skill-based education and career opportunities.

The discussion particularly emphasized creating opportunities for youth and women from vulnerable backgrounds so they can learn practical technical and vocational skills, start their careers, and become financially independent.
