🌍 SVI Analysis |

"The concept of nuclear entanglement revolves around the intertwined nature of conventional military capabilities that also serve a critical function for nuclear systems. The dilemma has been a subject of debate among scholars of nuclear strategy as it compounds the risk of escalation in case of an attack on a dual-purpose system or facility. The same concept could, albeit without the hazard of a catastrophic nuclear war, be applied for the data centers as well."

🌍 SVI Analysis |

"Nuclear security depends not only on robust infrastructure, but also on the ability to preserve, transfer and apply critical knowledge across generations. As nuclear facilities operate for decades, institutional memory, technical expertise, operational experience and design knowledge can gradually erode through workforce transitions, aging systems and technological change. Nuclear Knowledge Management (NKM) therefore represents a critical yet often overlooked pillar of nuclear risk reduction. This article examines how stronger NKM frameworksβ€”including Design Knowledge Management (DKM), digital knowledge systems and Plant Information Models - can strengthen institutional resilience, support safer operations, improve emergency preparedness and ensure that critical nuclear knowledge remains accessible throughout the lifecycle of a facility. In an increasingly complex nuclear environment, preserving knowledge is itself a form of risk reduction."

🌍 SVI Analysis |

"Internationally, Modi portrays India as a rising global power through active diplomacy, leadership role in organizations such as the G20, the global promotion of International Yoga Day, achievements in space research, digital transformation, and large infrastructure projects. The result is a political narrative in which Modi’s leadership and India’s rise as a great power are portrayed as β€˜inseparable’. This constructed narrative creates an illusion in the minds of the Indian public that India is perhaps already a great power which warrants an entitlement to certain degree of respect akin to a great power."
