Subject: Meeting of CEC and Decisions
I am pleased to inform the general members and owners of private educational institutions about the meeting of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of PSMA held on 29th December 2025.
The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Subsequently, Mr. Raja Arshad Mahmood administered the oath to the nominated members, who have now formally assumed their responsibilities as members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of PSMA.
It was resolved that all future decisions of PSMA shall be taken by the CEC through majority consensus, keeping in view the larger interest of private educational institutions.
The CEC unanimously decided that the Coordination Committees of all Zones shall continue to function as caretaker bodies until further orders. The heads of these committees are authorized to include additional members, if required, to ensure the smooth functioning of the coordination committees.
Furthermore, the CEC announced the formation of a Constitutional Review Committee to revisit and revise the PSMA Constitution in accordance with legal requirements and to effectively address the challenges of the present era.
The following members have been nominated to this Constitutional Committee:

The timeframe assigned to this committee is up to 31st March 2026.

All above-mentioned members represent different zones of PSMA and are managing private educational institutions functioning under the regulatory framework of PEIRA. They collectively constitute the Central Executive Committee and represent the Association at the central level.
All CEC members shall enjoy equal voting rights. The committee is empowered to amend, modify, or relax any rule or regulation of the Association through a majority decision, in accordance with the constitution of PSMA.
The Association extends its congratulations to all notified members and expects them to perform their duties with commitment, integrity, and dedication for the welfare and advancement of private educational institutions within ICT, Islamabad.

آج مورخہ 2025ـ12-27 بروز ہفتہ مائی ڈئیر پبلک سکول بھارہ کہو میں کوارڈینیشن کمیٹی کی آخری میٹنگ نیئر اقبال عباسی صاحب کی سربراہی میں منعقد ہوئی جس میں کمیٹی کے دیگر اراکین سید بابر بخاری صاحب ، انجم فرید چودہری صاحب ،عبدالمتین ہاشمی صاحب اور اسد محمود صاحب نے شرکت کی۔ میٹنگ میں ایگزیکٹو کونسل کے لیے تین ماہ کی کارکردگی کی متفقہ رپورٹ تیار کر لی گئی جو کہ آئندہ ایگزیکٹو کونسل اجلاس میں پیش کر دی جائے گی۔
