despread in the lives of the citizens is that they are unaware of their rights and responsibilities towards each other and their community. TLE planned a mode of action that involved awareness programmes and educational workshops that focus on these aspects of human culture to achieve that feat. One of our first events, was a Conference entitled ‘Islam and the Modern World’, which aimed to educate and teach the youth regarding the co-relation of their values with the rapidly progressing modern era – this was arranged back on 2nd December, 2012, at Gujrat. Community work, being organised since January 2013, was a move to further aid our cause of educating the community. The importance of education is also being separately tackled in a separate aim of the TLE which focuses on spreading the awareness of the importance of education itself. Knowing that the main agents of spreading education and awareness are obviously schools, TLE made sure they have appropriate facilities, healthy studying environment and all the basic aspects a student needs for his school life. Funds generated by TLE’s ventures went to not only renovate the schools but to conduct workshops that helped in teaching the common citizens about the problems in the education system and also help in educating them about the solutions they can help bring about. Different projects and events such as “Together We Explore the Power of Education”(kicked off on 11th January, 2013, at Gujrat), “Global Art spectrum” (held on 9th June, 2013, at Gujrat) as well as “Concert for a cause” (arranged on 14th June, 2013, at Islamabad) helped to reiterate the problems discussed but in a much more enjoyable way, collecting funds along the way. More of our aims are: promotion of the awareness of the global situation and to promote the National Youth Policies and to strengthen the participation of youth in the decision making process. TLE plans on making sure that the youth of the society is not neglected and its needs and interests are being taken into consideration one hundred percent. We have employed young adults in internships that teach them what working for the betterment of the world is like, being started since July 2014. TLE has also held grooming sessions for the youth - that were started in December, 2012, and are being continued at our headquarters in Gujrat - in an effort to improve the awareness regarding the world’s situation and its position. This reinforces the point mentioned earlier that this will definitely help change, improve and cater to the thought process of every citizen from an early age thus eradicating any misplaced notions or thoughts that may do more harm than good.
