Always wrong stopping at Signals. Making additional spacing for other vehicles, which leads lane discipline violation. ITP yet fail to implement Lane Discipline its because of no violation tickets to violates .

When driving on a road marked with Lane Lines, you must keep your vehicle entirely within a lane. It is an offence to straddle a line.
In the Unmanaged lane most of the vehicles either straddling a line or unable to keep the vehicle in the center of lane.
The act mostly leads to Traffic Jams, accidents and slow down the flow of traffic..

ITP should actively education about traffic & parking sense while vehicles stopping on Signals verbally and brochures.Instead of LCD & billboards holding used for advertisements, they should be used for Traffic sense awareness to the most elite & educated class citizens of Country. Without giving challan tickets it is impossible to do better.
