Sometimes, you see the impact of the work in a single moment.

At the Zaha Hadid Skills Hub, our Tech her Forward trainees proudly shared the products they had created while learning to build their own online businesses. The joy, confidence, and encouragement in that moment said so much.

Because this is what creating opportunities can look like: a skill becoming a product, a product becoming an opportunity, and a young woman beginning to see what she can build for herself. 💛

A lovely reminder of why this work matters. Seeing our Tech Her Forward trainees use the skills they’re learning to create these thoughtful crocheted flowers and thankyou notes for us means so much. 🌸 We’ll be keeping these little gestures as souvenirs, because they’re a beautiful part of the impact we get to witness through this work.

A trail, a few bags, and a team ready to get their hands dirty.

This World Cleanup Day, Alight Pakistan and PAGE came together to clean up a trail in Islamabad, picking up litter and leaving the space a little better than we found it.

Sometimes, caring for our communities looks as simple as showing up. 💚

Reaching 1 million children with access to education was a milestone. But milestones are not where the work ends.

With a growing portfolio of education initiatives across Pakistan, Alight continues to build on what works, co-create with communities, and open pathways for more children and young people to learn and thrive.

And this is only the beginning.

As we expand our education footprint, another ambitious chapter is already taking shape, bringing new opportunities to communities that deserve greater access to learning.

We’ll be sharing more soon!!

A little glimpse from our community school in Dadu, Sindh.

What began in the aftermath of the floods has continued to grow, guided by a teacher from their own community. Today, more than 30 students regularly attend classes, with girls and boys learning side by side.

The growing number of learners, and the participation of both girls and boys, reflects a community making space for every child to keep learning and moving forward.

Projecting dreams into reality; Alight Pakistan, through the TechHER Forward digital literacy program, is inculcating digital skills in young women so they can learn to build, market, and earn through their business ideas. Through this approach, Alight promotes one of its core values, Co-creation, and eventually brings the communty's visions to life.

This World Humanitarian Day, the Alight team took a moment to give back to the land that surrounds us. 🌱

Shredding seeds in the hills of Islamabad, we were reminded that humanitarian action is also about caring for the places we call home, and nurturing hope for the generations to come.

This Independence Day, we celebrate the diversity that makes us stronger, from the incredible people on our team to the diverse communities we are proud to serve. 🇵🇰✨
Because a more beautiful Pakistan is one where every voice has a place. 💚
