Today, our BBA students stepped out of traditional lectures and into the high-pressure world of executive decision-making. The department successfully conducted an intensive Strategic Management and Strategic Finance Simulation session, leveraging world-class experiential learning frameworks modeled after the prestigious MIT Sloan Teaching Resources Library.
Steering a virtual clean energy startup enterprise, our future business leaders had to transition rapidly from textbook concepts to data-driven operational ex*****on. Working in competitive teams, they were challenged to:
🔹 Formulate and execute aggressive market expansion plans.
🔹 Manage complex capital allocation, cash flows, and debt structures under volatile market pressures.
🔹 Analyze live operational data dashboards to make high-stakes, real-time corporate decisions.
This immersive exercise forced students to realize how deeply intertwined corporate strategy and financial health truly are, where every single decision immediately impacts the bottom line and organizational survival.
