Backyard night was a treat for not only the OC members who gave their all to MATfest 1.0 but to all the NUSTians who were in for a party! A night filled with music and joy where everyone danced and enjoyed to their heart’s contentment!!!

In the blink of an eye, MATfest 1.0 came to an end. The evening of the closing ceremony was filled with contentment as the winning teams received certificates and cash prizes. Team [first place] bagged the first position while Team [second place] and Team [third place] captured the second and third place respectively. The ceremony ended with a note of gratitude and appreciation from our faculty sponsor and the president of NMS.

The opening ceremony of MATfest 1.0 was nothing short of fascinating!! With the teams present alongside the faculty members and the OC, it was a formal morning yet it was filled with anticipation for the upcoming event. The alumni were also in attendance to give insights about their journey in materials science and engineering.
