But, says physician Brian Goldman, medicine's culture of denial (and shame) keeps doctors from ever talking about those mistakes, or using them to learn and improve. Why Pakistani Doctors are Protesting? Pakistani Doctors receive merely $261 (Rs. 22,500) monthly after working 50-110 hours per week as opposed to $4500 (Rs. 400000) by American Doctor and $1235 by Indian Doctor (Rs. 133,000) and their pay equalizes to a rickshaw driver or constable!
