Mr. M. Al Khayyam Nazir , Director of Junior Jinnah Trust, welcomed JICA Pakistan representatives to the Junior Jinnah Trust Non-Formal Education ALP Campus Barakahu under the Advancing Quality Alternative Learning Project .
We were honored to host Dr. Mizuno Keiko, Ms. Kuriki Suzuka, along with JICA team members Abid Gill DCP and Bilal Aziz, Program Specialist, at the campus in Islamabad.
The delegation interacted with students and observed learning activities designed for out of school and underprivileged children receiving free education.

A mother’s love is filled with hope, sacrifice, and dreams for her child’s future. Through education, those dreams begin to take shape opening doors to confidence, opportunity, and a brighter tomorrow.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate every mother who believes in her child’s potential.

The quarterly meeting of the Pakistan Orphan Care Forum was successfully held under the leadership of Mr. Muhammad Al Khayyam, Director of Junior Jinnah Trust, in his capacity as General Secretary POCF. The gathering brought together key stakeholders, partners, and members dedicated to the welfare and support of orphaned children.

Empowering teachers for better learning 📚

A teacher capacity-building training was organized in collaboration with JICA Pakistan under the Advancing Quality Alternative Learning Project to enhance educators’ professional skills. A total of 47 teachers participated in interactive and practical sessions focused on modern teaching methods, classroom management, and student engagement.

The training was conducted by Mr. Muhammad Bilal Aziz, Program Specialist of Youth & Adult Literacy at JICA, aiming to improve overall teaching quality through effective tools and strategies.

The Bright Future Campaign at Dar-e-Arqam School Lalazar Campus, Rawalpindi successfully organized a meaningful fundraising and donation drive in support of the children of Junior Jinnah Trust. The initiative aimed to help orphaned and needy students by providing them with educational and essential support for a better future.

Students, parents, and teachers participated with great enthusiasm and generosity, coming together as one community to contribute towards this noble cause. Their collective efforts reflected true compassion, unity, and a strong commitment to helping those in need.
