Ministry of Climate Change is organizing an Expo with the collaboration of “Be There”, Young Parliamentarians Forum,National Assembly of Pakistan on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, highlighting the promotion of “Sustainable Development and Environmental Conservation”.
The Expo will also include involvement of various universities to engage students and put forward exceptional projects that focus on sustainable development providing solutions in improving Pakistan. There will be a competition between different university projects and the top three projects will be selected and awarded prize money by our distinguished Chief Guest at the closing ceremony.
In addition, job opportunities will also be a major booster by providing a networking platform that will allow intelligent and hardworking students to meet reputed companies, who will be able to select students to enhance the performance and output of these companies and contribute in the development of Pakistan. Their idea will be projected and get an opportunity to be bought by some professional organization.
The Expo will be held at Pak-China Friendship Centre, Islamabad from 1000 hours – 2200 hours. A high turnout is expected from students, private and government sectors from all over Pakistan.
In addition, the participatory certificates will be given to the students involved in the project competition and volunteers. A musical concert will be organized for the students’ right after the closing ceremony.
