We can also deliver health and nutrition training to your own particular specifications. Sprout resources include recipe cards, meal planners and nutrition tips, which are included free in any of our training workshops.

Great finger food for an 8 month baby, something to put in your pre-schooler's lunch box, or a weekend breakfast for the whole family! You can even try making up your own recipe (pureed apple, wholewheat flour, grated courgette, cocoa powder...) to suit your little one's tastes. Pancakes are so versatile!

This looks so yummy, I'm going to give it a try later with half the sugar and with dark chocolate chips. The kids will never know they're eating vegetables! Could also bake into cupcakes.
